On the road again . . . with a last minute code question.
Larry: I found myself headed into a client meeting in Monticello, Illinois for a Veterinary Clinic project there. One question that I knew would come up is whether or not we needed an elevator for the basement. Contacted Interwork from my car.
Dave: Fielded Larry’s call; explained that the need for an elevator was driven by the Illinois Accessibility Code which is more stringent than the ADA on this issue. Gave Larry the requirements over the phone so that he could apply them to his project.
Larry: We were able to demonstrate to the client that we had understanding of state and local issues in Illinois even though we’re located in Wisconsin.
