Organization Pools Resources to Display at National Conference
Dan, Jeremy, Kevin, Paul and Dave held weekly planning meetings via web conferencing to work out the details. Dave then developed the display boards, Jeremy produced the handouts, Kevin coordinated the logistics. All firms shared in the cost of the booth and teams of 2-3 rotated their attendance at the booth throughout the entire conference allowing other members to mingle and follow up on leads.
Kevin: That was the first time I have ever had a booth at a national convention. We got a couple leads but the peer recognition afterwards was something I did not expect. Plus we all had a lot of fun!
